Time to step outside the box and try something NEW. This class has something for everyone at all fitness levels. 

This is a full body workout using body weight exercises, Plyometrics and Strength Training to tighten, tone your body while scorching the calories!

This workout can be easily modified for the beginner or ramped up for the seasoned athlete.
